Our vision is a community where people of all sexualities and genders are welcomed, honored, and celebrated.

Petaluma Pride’s mission is to build an inclusive and safe community for all queer and trans people in and around Petaluma, California through partnerships, events, and other programming, and our annual pride festival.

Petaluma Pride strives for a community in which queer, trans, and gender expansive people are safe, celebrated, well connected with each other and the greater community, and have health outcomes on par with those of their straight and cisgender neighbors.

We want a community in which we have strong partnerships and stand in solidarity with other marginalized people, mindful of power structures and intersectionality, in which quiet voices are amplified, and everyone feels a keen sense of belonging.

We want a community in which privileged people of good will are invited in and supported in becoming effective allies.

We believe that a better world is possible.
